About Meadow

Meadow sells mother and baby physical products in Sri Lanka through our website and mobile application. By using Meadow, creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing to a Meadow service where available, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are subject to product availability, order confirmation, delivery eligibility, and fraud or misuse checks.
• Meadow may support Cash on Delivery and other supported payment methods depending on platform availability.
• App subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's billing terms.

Fulfillment and delivery

• Meadow serves customers in Sri Lanka nationwide.
• Orders are processed on the same day after order confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days depending on location and fulfilment conditions.
• Free shipping is provided for eligible orders.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Customers may cancel orders before fulfilment processing begins. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Family membership

Meadow Family Membership is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription in the mobile application. The store price and billing currency are shown before purchase confirmation. An active membership provides unlimited family photo storage; the free family vault includes up to 100 photos. One active membership covers both parents linked to the same Meadow family.

Payment is charged to the customer's Apple App Store or Google Play account when confirmed. The plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Existing photos remain available to view and download after membership ends.
