This Privacy Policy explains how Meadow collects, uses, and protects information when customers use our website, mobile application, shop, community features, family tools, and support channels.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as name, display name, login details, phone number, and email address.
• Contact information, such as support messages, WhatsApp contact details, and communication preferences.
• Delivery address information, such as recipient name, mobile number, address, district, province, and delivery instructions.
• Order information, such as products ordered, payment method, Cash on Delivery status, delivery status, returns, refunds, and support history.
• Baby profile information that users choose to add, such as baby name, birthday, due date, milestones, and growth details.
• Uploaded photos and other family content that users choose to add.
• Parenting records, such as baby tracking entries, notes, milestones, albums, and related family-space activity.
• Usage information, such as app and website activity, saved items, content interactions, device information, and basic analytics.

Photos, baby profiles and family records

Baby profile information, uploaded photos, and parenting records are used to provide the family tools selected by the user. Users should only upload content they have the right to share.

Parenting content is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only where needed to operate Meadow, including delivery, payment, hosting, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or business operations.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Meadow services, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and maintain order records.

Users can initiate account deletion directly in the Meadow mobile application under Settings > Account > Delete account, or request data assistance through the contact channels shown on Meadow's Contact page, website, or mobile application.

Account deletion removes or anonymizes login credentials, profile information, community content, engagement data, and private family content when the family space has no other member. Shared family content remains available to the other invited family member. Some order, payment, delivery, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, subscription transaction, or legal records may need to be retained where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should keep account login details private.
